The standard has gone night down and I would not recommend it to anyone now.

Have a phone number that can be called to speak to somebody - they just do not answer the phone. This practice has really gone downhill. I am looking at moving to a different more efficient surgery. Only open 9-4 - no good for people who work. You really should look at changing the recorded message that you 1st get as you phone in!

Sadly since the merge with buttercross I have to wait 15 minutes on the phone before I get through to anyone. Also on a couple of occasions I've been given incorrect appt times. I now confirm by looking online as otherwise I would have been late for my appt. Staff are lovely but must be under so much pressure.
